Benly Meyn, the Founder and Managing Director of High Calibre League comes with 18 years of results-driven experience in Business Development, Operations and Training.

He began his Operations career with McDonalds, the world’s leading global food service retailer and was rated outstanding for launching growth as well as driving exceptional results in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. Here, he completed the Restaurant Leadership Program, Dubai UAE; got certified by the Hamburger University for Business Development and also attended the Operations Consultants Course in Sydney Australia.

He moved on to Yum! Restaurants India Pvt. Ltd., the worldwide leader in emerging markets and largest Restaurant company in the world with brands like KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. Heading Business Development, he propelled expansion in India, a total of over 200 stores in a span of 6 years. He completed the Business Development College from Yum! University, KL, Malaysia; with certifications on Management Development Programs including the Strategic Leadership Development Program.

Neomi Meyn, Executive Director with High Calibre League and a certified Image Consultant from ICBI, comes with years of experience in Training, Quality and Customer Service.  She understands that along with all the emphasis put on theoretical knowledge, it is equally important to highlight the importance and effectiveness of Soft Skills, of which ‘Image’ is a vital component. To be globally competitive what we need is not just technical knowledge but also personal skills, an impactful image and basic etiquette.
