When reserving the venue, allow enough time within your booking for your own set up or any other preparations.
Even if you may not begin your event on time, try ending it on time, even if you have booked it for the entire day. The comany has the right to charge for any extended use.
Ensure all participants have left the premises after your event. If they need to wait, it’s courtesy to inform the company.
